Session Goals:

By attending this session, participants will review the difference between leadership and management. Participants will learn about two different leadership styles: authentic leadership and servant leadership through mini case studies of a chair of an internal medicine department and a CEO at a non-profit healthcare organization. Participants will also have the opportunity to reflect on their own leadership styles and challenges during the webinar.
