Session Goals:

By attending this session, participants will review what a team is and what makes teams effective. Participants will be able to learn more about how teams solve problems in two different environments: at Martin’s Point in Bangor, Maine and at Southcentral Foundation in Anchorage, Alaska. Finally, participants will be exposed to teaming as a problem-solving strategy.
